Is my order confirmed?

When an order is placed, you would receive a confirmation mail.

When will my order be delivered?

We usually deliver within 2-9 Working days of placement of the order.

Are there any additional shipping charges?

Shipping charges are applicable and would vary from ₹50 - ₹100 depending on the weight and place. The same will be added during checkout.

Return & Exchange

Can I cancel my order?

Orders once placed, cannot be cancelled.

Is there any refund policy?

We do not have refund policy.

What can I return?

In the unlikely event that if a product is defective or damaged in shipping, they can be exchanged.

What can I exchange?

We do not have an exchange policy unless the product received by you are in damaged or defective condition.

Where do I send my return?

The damaged/defective products will be replaced. However, the customer needs to provide a proof on the very same day of receiving the parcel through "watzapp" or "fb messenger"

Do you arrange for reverse pickup?

Please note we are not responsible for return postage or other delivery costs except in the case of us supplying you incorrect or faulty items or damage in shipping.
